Which is the most reliable and safe way to sign up my daughter for baby modeling commercials/adds. Please help?

My daughter is 3yrs this sept 09. She loves taking pictures, posing in front of the camera, take video shoots. She gets so excited and is so confident and takes really good pics. I would love to sign her up for some commercial add contracts or modeling. Can someone advice me how I can go about it, avoid scammers and not pay a fortune…
